Airton Business Park, Tallaght, Dublin.
The development consists of 11,200 square metres of light industrial/warehouse and office units finished externally to a very high standard. Work started on this development in July 2003 with the final Block, E, completed in December 2004.
The buildings form a modern business park in a suburban area and regenerates a previously neglected site. The units are now all sold and the estate is under the management of Czar Construction.
The final block in the development is occupied by Fort Motors. This outstanding building features a steel frame with metal cladding and a double height structurally bonded curtain wall system to provide uninterrupted display areas. A mezzanine provides office space, and the overall effect is a light-filled space to display cars.
This development demonstrates Elliott Group staff’s ability to deliver a prime commercial development in a city location. Our staff have such experience that they know how to work under a busy location with many obstacles and still be able to deliver a high quality product to the client and the area.
