Belgard Retail Park, Tallaght.

Belgard Road Retail Park in Tallaght, Dublin, comprises 10,737 square metres of retail warehousing consisting of a steel framed structure along with a 40,870 square metre site providing 571 car park spaces for its patrons.

Project Details

The retail park involved demolition of the existing building on site, reducing levels of site, and constructing steel framed retail units with cladding, stonework and curtain walling and super flat floors. As part of the scheme an underground sprinkle tank and pump room were constructed. Work commenced on site in April 2002 and was completed on programme in September 2003.

The project was a very fast-track programme and despite difficult ground conditions, which included contaminated soil, B&Q and the other tenants were given partial possession on programme to complete their fit-outs.

The project demonstrates our ability to delivery quality retail projects to an exceptional quality standard in a very tight time frame. The Client on this project negotiated six different projects with us after the success of the Belgard Rd Project.
