New Stand and Facilities at Punchestown Racecourse

Elliott Group were selected to carry out the New Grandstand and associated bars, restaurants, kitchen areas and associated siteworks following a competitive tender process in June 2017.

Project Details

The new facility is 4,000m2 with standing terrace area to accommodate 3,000 people and bar and restaurant facilities capable of accommodating some 1,500 people on race days.

The facility was commenced in Mid June 2017 and successfully Completed in March 2018 in time for the upcoming Punchestown Festival in April. The building is currently being fitted out with client FF&E which was undertaken by Elliott Group as a variation to the main contract.

This project is a good example of Elliott Groups ability to deliver a complex, heavily serviced building on an existing campus to a very tight timeframe and to a high standard.
