    Sandyview Developments Ltd
  • Location
    Dundalk, Co. Louth
  • Value
    €10 million

Dundalk Stadium presents the most modern sporting and leisure facilities in the north east. The new development incorporates state of the art dining facilities, three fully licensed bars, a fast-food outlet and Tote facilities. The restaurant provides panoramic views over the racing track.

Construction included the new stadium, together with the new greyhound track, dog kennels and extensive infrastructure works to the site. The stadium building incorporates a 60 metre long “Planar” glazed screen to the trackside elevation. The roof of the development consists of a tubular steel and tension wire structure which was designed and fabricated in conjunction with the Architects and Engineers with precision.

The facility was successfully completed and handed over two months ahead of schedule. This demonstrates Elliott Group’s commitment and ability to deliver the highest quality sports and leisure facilities within strict budgetary and programme constraints.
