Piper’s Hill Campus involves the provision of an Educational Campus on a five acre site near Naas.

This public contract was won at competitive tender, and was delivered at rates below the Department of Education cost limits. The construction is phased and incorporates the provision of substantial temporary accommodation. The buildings set new standards for sustainability and incorporate such innovations as pre-cast concrete walls.
Subsequent to the campus handover, the Elliott Group team were involved in delivering a further contract to construct the new Irish Vocational Education Association offices on the live campus.
The €1.9 million works comprise the construction of a new two-storey building with a floor area of approximately 835 m². The building provides educational, research, and administrative facilities. The scheme includes hard and soft landscaping, provision of 70 no. car parking spaces, a new entrance, and all ancillary works.
