Northwood consists of an extensive international business campus, a high-quality residential village, numerous luxury amenities including a health & fitness centre, shops, restaurants, the Crowne Plaza Northwood and Holiday Inn Hotels, and an 85 acre public park, Santry Demesne.
The development features two underground car parks, above which the building frames are constructed using the “twin-wall” pre-cast concrete system. External finishes include powder coated aluminum cladding and “STO” render. High performance composite windows and doors are used throughout, which feature timber to inside and aluminum to the outside.
This project also required significant civil engineering works including excavation, retaining works, removal and disposal of soil, underground services, and landscaping.
